Only members post and only members apply. Every posting has a real person behind it who is in the community, and who will see your application first.

Members post openings
At their own company, or a role they are hiring for. Not agencies, not scraped listings. Your first posting is checked by a moderator.

Referrals, where offered
A posting marked Referral means the member can refer you internally, which usually skips the recruiter screen.

Apply in one step
A short note, a resume link, and your member details. The poster sees it at once and tracks it through interview and hire.
The rules, in four lines
- Post only roles you are hiring for or can vouch for at your own company. No staffing agencies, no scraped listings, no paid or promoted posts.
- State pay when you can. Postings with a pay range get more applications.
- Postings expire after 30 days. Mark a role filled when it is. First-time posters are approved by the moderator.
- UNITI connects members; it is not a party to any hiring decision and gives no employment advice. Report anything off.
